• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

6. Shipping & Handling

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the product back for exchange, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where labelvRddhi will cover the return shipping cost.
